Food and Beverage Department Head & Facilitator

Ja was born and raised in the provinces of central Philippines, where he developed his sense of adventure and love of the outdoors. At an early age, he spent most of his summer days fishing, hiking, camping, and learning how to cook with family and friends. Later in life, his passion naturally took him to a path of working in the outdoor industry as an Outdoor Adventure Guide, Basic Mountaineering Course Instructor, a Zip line course manager, and a volunteer for local rescue units. He also worked as a Head Chef in one of his hometown resorts for a few years.

Nowadays, when is not out delivering programs as a Facilitator, he is handling the Food and Beverage department of APA. Developing meal plans and menus, purchasing, packing, and sourcing out food products for various residential programs.
