Aalia start to build career as an outdoor instructor in outdoor education field on 2013 at Indiana University Outdoor Centre, Bradford Woods, USA. She also created meaningful experience in numerous companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and China. She have warm heart and competent in dynamic facilitation.
Aalia believe that experience is the best teacher. In addition, through outdoor education youth and adult can explore, gain new experience and learn something new about themselves and other people. She believe that outdoor education can connect people and those who pursue to find happiness will get the happiness.
Aalia is a person who love to laugh like a crazy person and that makes people around her aware that as an outdoor Instructor it is crucial to enjoying the moment in outdoor education. This due to the fact, the group in instructor hand is reflecting the instructor itself. She love to shared her knowledge like there is no tomorrow but yaa, it is how she happily to sharing the knowledge. Sometime people would her as annoying laddy who cannot stop talking, but if you listen to her properly than you will understand big Y she doing it. She is a person who accept people who they are.
