Nhon Do Trong

Sport: Trail Running
Nationality: Vietnamese

Nhon started off his trail running career in 2019, and after just a year he quickly became a standout star in the local distance running community while winning the Penang Eco 50km trail race in Malaysia.

In 2021, he embarked on a personal mission: running 100km continuously in just 9 hours to raise over US$27,000 for a charity. This endeavor highlighted his commitment to combining his love for running with a cause close to his heart.

His journey continued with significant Vietnam race wins, the #1 male ITRA country ranking, and other achievements, including becoming one of the first runner in Vietnam to complete the UTMB distance in 2023.

Mostly importantly, it’s not just the accolades that define him but a huge desire to share it with others, help beginner runners, and grow the sport in Vietnam.
