With options to choose from Day Camps to Overnight Camps, the Adventurer Programs runs through every week of our Camp APA Summer schedule. Our focus is on strengthening participants’ sense of adventure and enjoying the great outdoors of Hong Kong while being amongst friends. As participants progress through different outdoor activities, they would build self-awareness, self-confidence and improve their social skills.

Itinerary (Overnight Camp)

Day 1

In the natural surroundings of New Territories, the day will kick off with fun team activities while learning about each other and improving social skills. To improve further on teamwork, participants will learn how to build their own raft and paddle on it while working together with their friends. There’s nothing more fun than jumping off the jetty into the refreshing water on a hot summer in Hong Kong.

Day 2

On this day participants will learn kayaking skills. Participants will paddle for the day with their friends and explore the surrounding area for a fun day of kayaking and jumping in the ocean. They will end the day on a fun note with a movie night!

Day 3

This is the day set for the flow of creativity. Participants will learn the very basics of shooting and filming. They’ll work with their team and shoot different clips on the theme they choose. They will have to do the editing and come up with a short video. End of the day we will watch all the videos created by the teams and appreciate the creativity of each other.

Day 4

On the Giant Stand Up Paddle Board participants will learn to paddle with their own team, race, and enjoy the ocean. Once they have developed GSUP skills, they will paddle to the closeby mangrove area to learn about mangroves as a natural habitat and its significance in the coastal ecosystem.

Day 5

On the final day, teams will utilize all the skills learned throughout the camp and work together to complete as many tasks as possible on the beach. The day’s theme is for teams to come together and have fun while going through various challenges together and enjoy the day at the beach.
