Camp APA programs
All Camp APA programs are designed to help young people learn lifelong skills while developing a positive relationship with the outdoors. We have found that the best way to do this is to go to amazing places with amazing people to do amazing things!
On all Camp APA programs participants can expect to learn new skills, make new friends and see things they have never seen before. All while having fun and staying safe.
Progression
At Camp APA we believe that as a camper grows, so should the program. Therefore all programs have been designed so each summer that a camper returns, there is a chance to build on old skills while also trying something new. This means that each year all the programs change slightly, with no summer at Camp APA being quite the same as the last!
Safety
Asia Pacific Adventure has been a leader in outdoor education, skills training, adventure sport event management, and technical consulting in Asia for over 20 years. We are renowned for our ability to manage programsand events safely and professionally. In addition, APA has been an industry leader in risk and safety management. Over the years, we have consulted with various schools and organizations on appropriate standards, protocols and best practices.
Members of APA’s management staff and delivery team have a broad range of qualifications from internationally recognized governing bodies such as the British Canoeing and Mountain Leader Training Board (MLTB), the New Zealand Outdoor Instructor Association (NZOIA) and US-based Wilderness Medical Associates (WMA).
