Itinerary (Overnight Camp)

Day 1

Adventurers will come prepared on this day for four overnight stays over the next five days.  Participants will bring their bags and head to Tai mei tuk for their activities. On the first day the teams will take part in a variety of team-based challenges. The day will start off with ice-breaking activities as they will engage in challenges developed to promote their social skills as well as getting to know their new teammates. Participants will also explore the area while learning how to use a map and compass and navigate their way.

Day 2

Teams will prepare for the day of exploration around the Tai Mei tuk area. They will head to Brides pool, visit the well known mirror pool and plan their route for hiking through the day. They will explore Pat sin leng nature trail while navigating themselves through the trail. They will get an opportunity to build their team and leadership skills while leading the hike on their own. The panoramic view of the tai po region from the pat sin leng is breathtaking as well.

Day 3

The group will head over to Training for Life for a day of high element activities. The high ropes course offers activities such as: Jacob’s Ladder, Leap of faith and Sky walk. These activities will not only challenge participants’ physical boundaries but also their mental boundaries. Teams will have the chance to enjoy these activities for the full day before heading back to the accommodation.

Day 4

Teams will venture to the famous Brides Pool Gorge on this day where they will spend the day enjoying the remote outdoors and natural beauty. The team will have to scramble their way through the gorge while witnessing the beautiful waterfalls along the way. Teams will have to work together to stay safe and get through the gorge. The day will definitely help them build confidence and appreciate nature more. The teams will take their transport back to the accommodation to end their day.

Day 5

On the final day, teams will move around the Tai mei tuk area with their smaller team to find and complete individual and team based physical and intellectual challenges. They will be challenged on their teamwork and leadership skills. They will be very independent as a team for the day and make all decisions themselves for the day. After the activities, participants then will head back to Central to reunite with their loved ones.
