APA signs deal with 3 of world's leading mountain bike brands

APA Athlete

APA is pleased to announce a new deal with three of the world’s leading mountain bike companies: IBIS, SRAM and RockShox.

The deal involves sponsorship of APA's Athlete team, Champion System Adventure, and other collaborations with APA Group.

APA Director, Ryan S. Blair, reveals, “ this has been in the works for sometime and we have been patient as these brands all make incredible, world-class products."   APA’s Athlete team will race on IBIS 29er carbon bikes (hard tail Tranny and full suspension Ripley) with components from SRAM and forks and suspension from RockShox.

IBIS is a California-based manufacturer that has long been a pioneer in the mountain bike industry.  Founder, Scot Nicol, commented, “ IBIS started collaborating with APA’s athlete team last year at the Downieville All Mountain World Championships and we were super impressed with their top rider whose 6th place in the XC was one of the event's talking points.   APA's experience and success managing athletes and the team's exposure in Asia fits in well with IBIS's growth plans in the region.”

The sponsorship could not have kicked off in better style with Jay and Saman of Champion System Adventure recently winning Asia’s largest one day adventure race in its 10th anniversary, River Kwai Trophy.  More at:
